What we collect

Explore Lori collects only what's necessary to operate the site. If you submit a form (newsletter, place submission, guide listing, stay listing, or trip enquiry), we collect the information you provide in that form — your name, email address, and any details you choose to share.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use third-party analytics that track individual users. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of Explore Lori.

How we use your information

Newsletter sign-ups are used to send you seasonal updates about Lori — trails, events, and stories. We send infrequently. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Form submissions (place, guide, stay, trip enquiry) are read by a person at Explore Lori and used to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your submission. We don't add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions. Netlify's privacy policy applies to data passing through their infrastructure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log font requests.

We don't use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any other third-party tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
